The Captain's Room One King Bed was great. I particularly enjoyed the balcony that came with it. The breakfast had very good quality food.. I found the Red Lion pub a nice place for a relaxing drink, and the bar man was very helpful.

The concierge staff were slow at check-in. It was disappointing that there was no other place to relax other than the foyer after arriving early morning after our flight. I found out the following day, there was a top deck with sunloungers.

The staff communicated well, always answering questions politely and offering assistance with shuttles, taxis, and local information (i really appreciated their thoroughness). our cleaner maintained the room beautifully. i especially enjoyed the cappuccino made by the bartender at lido. It was the perfect start to each day. the free parking was also convenient.

navigating around the ship was a little confusing, especially getting back to my room or finding the restaurants (i think clearer signage would help).

A guided heritage tour WAS excellent, very interesting. Breakfast buffet was excellent. It had a large variety of options. I found many historical artifacts and reminders of the ship's past.

The bathroom was small. It could have been cleaned better. The room reminded me of a UK Travel Lodge.
